Tenders are invited for Terms of Reference External Endline Evaluation "Improving the Well-being of Liberians and Strengthened Civic Engagement in Rural Areas in Grand Kru, Sinoe and Bong Counties, Liberia" Outcome 1: Improved mental health, psychological well-being and social relations between Liberians in Grand Kru, Sinoe and Bong Counties Outcome 2: Enhanced constructive civic participation and reduced political tribalism in rural areas in Grand Kru, Sinoe and Bong Counties - The deadline for submission of bids is August 25, 2022 - The contract is expected to be awarded in the week of September 19, 2022 - The deadline for the inception report is October 3, 2022 - The deadline for the first draft of the report is November 18, 2022 - The final report and presentation should be completed before December 5, 2022 The budget for this assignment is maximum 10,000USD. The following guidance notes are to help with the preparation of the budget in line with expectations. • The budget must include all costs incurred by the consultant, including the hiring of enumerators, accommodation, transportation, and other requirements of the evaluation. • Implementation of quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. • Data is expected to be collected in the three project counties (Bong, Sinoe and Grand Kru)
