- Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Solar System Lot-1 : One Unit of 5 Kva System to the Nmcp Office- Congo Town and One 10 Kva to the Elwa Hospital Lot-2: Three Units of 10 Kva System to Selected Health Facilities; G. W Harley Hospital Nimba County; Ganta Hospital Nimba and Phebee Hospital, Bong County. Lot-3: Two 10 Kva Systems To: F. J. Grant Hospital Greenville, Sinoe County; And J. J. Dossen Hospital Maryland County; A complete and detailed set of bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders at the address at 10 (a) below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of US $ 100.00 (One Hundred United States Dollars) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate. The method of payment will be cash and paid to the cashier in the office of Financial Management (OFM) on the fourth floor of the Ministry of Health office in Congo Town. Note; the payment is applicable to only the National Competitive Bidding procurement packages. The International Competitive Bidding document can be access for free by going to www.moh.gov.lr and linking on the link for the related packages of interest. 9. Bids shall be collected from the address 10 (b) below and must be delivered to the address at 10 (c) below. Electronic bid will not be permitted for both National and International bidding process. Late bids shall be rejected and return unopened. Bids will be closed on each of the dates and times as indicated in the packages reference in the matrix above in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at the address at 10 (d) below as indicated above. 10.
