- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Meters and Enclosures Bid Security Lot 3-Meters and Enclosures- United States Dollars Fifty Thousand (USD 50,000.00) Supply and Delivery of Connection Materials (Distribution Transformers Meters and Enclosures, Poles, Wires and Conductors and Accessories) for the Liberia Electricity Corporation The Liberia Electricity Corporation has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of Liberia Energy Efficiency and Access Project (LEEAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Connection Materials (Distribution Transformers Meters and Enclosures, Poles, Wires and Conductors and Accessories). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank-s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. The Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of Connection Materials (Distribution Transformers Meters and Enclosures, Poles, Wires and Conductors and Accessories) broken down as follows: a. Lot One-Wooden Utility Poles and Accessories, b. Lot Two- Pole Mounted 50 Kva/200 Kva Distribution Transformers and accessories, c. Lot Three- Meters and Enclosures The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100.00. The method of payment will be by Bankers Check in favor of Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) or paid in cash to the Finance Office, 1st Floor, LEC Central Office. Alternatively, a direct payment into Liberia Electricity Corporation Cash EPP No: 0011134701652405, (Swift Code No. ECOCLRLM) held with ECOBANK LIBERIA LTD and submitting the payment advice as evidence to collect the Bid Documents. An additional amount will be charged for deliveries by courier. The bid documents will be sent to the applicant electronically to the e-mail address given by the applicant for this purpose
