- Specific Procurement Notice are Invited For Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies Bidders are required to submit the following documents as minimum qualification requirements: i. Supplier-s/Company Profile ii. Past performance records-including the names and contact details of at least five (5) clients. iii. Delivery of the Goods required is 3-6 weeks after receipt of the notice to proceed. iv. Documentary evidence of business legitimacy in residence country v. Valid certificate of tax compliance in your country shall be included. vi. WHO pre-qualification of manufacturer is also required
