- General Procurement Notice for Strengthen Institutional Capacity and Enabling infrastructure for Agro Industrialization. This component of the project is to support the establishment and the operationalization of the Liberia Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA). The main activities will include various technical assistance to support institutional set up of SEZA, policy studies and reforms on regulatory standards, IT based business registration processes and tenant licensing systems, standard operating procedures, scheme of incentives, single window trade facility, model MOUs and so on. The branding, market sounding and investment promotion of the SAPZ will also be undertaken in addition to providing basic enabling external infrastructure for agro industrialization.
