Tenders are invited forSecurity Guard Service Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday - Friday. 5. Qualification requirements: a. PPCC Vendor-s Registration Document b. Valid Business Registration and Tax Clearance Certificates c. Submission of Company Profile d. Proof of Similar services performed e. Must provide a valid permit from the Ministry of Justice to operate. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be picked up by interested bidders for a non-refundable fee of US$50.00 (Fifty United States Dollars) from the Procurement Unit, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday-Friday. 7. All Bids must be delivered to the Procurement Unit on or before Friday August 5th , 2022 at 1:00PM. 8. Bidders must fill in the Bid Security Form within the bidding document. 9. Bids will be opened on Friday , August 5 th , 2022 at 1:00PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend or their representatives on the 3rd Floor; Conference Room, Ministry of Commerce & Industry. 10. All bids must be clearly marked with the address indicated below. Bids must be submitted in hard copies only. Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened. . Bid Validity period: 90days
