Tenders are invited for School Feeding Materials: Pots, Plates, Cups, Spoons, Buckets and Local Soap . Application documents The Applicants must submit the following documents for review and considerations. ➢ Company information (location, latest telephone numbers, fax and email addresses ➢ Company profile, which should not exceed 3 page, including printed brochures; ➢ Certificate of Registration or incorporation of the business ➢ Tax clearance certificate ➢ Official Letter of Appointment as local representative, if Bidder is submitting a bid in behalf an entity located outside the country. ➢ References from 3 clients for similar category/ies supplied to in the past two years. ➢ Quality Certificate (e.g. ISO, etc.) and/or other similar certifications/accreditations, if any; ➢ Audited Financial Statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) including Auditor-s Report for the past two years (2) years ➢ Bank Statement for the past (3) three most recent months.
