Description:
Quotation are invited for Provision of Technical Vocational Education Skills Training Program for Six Project Locations in Bong & Margibi Counties. CONDITIONS 1. This RFQ does not in any circumstances commit YCWL to pay any incurring cost by offerors during the submission of their quotations. 2. All packages submitted in response to this RFQ shall become the property of YCWL. Therefore, YCWL shall not be under any obligation to return any material or package presented by offerors during this process. 3. To further inform and assure YCWL as per the best qualified offeror (s), the entity retains the right to request additional documents prior to the selection. 4. All communications in response to this RFQ must be written in English and all amount in United States Dollars (USD). EVALUATION OF QUOTATION: YCWL will evaluate and compare the quotations as follows, 1. The capacity of the bidder, 2. Information from the Ministry of Education on the performant or rating of the institution 3. Quality of the response to RFQ 4. The relationship of Price to budgeted amount 5. The maximum acceptable delay time 6. Prior experience. Note: The successful entity shall sign a six-month contract with YCWL which shall be subject to extension if donor funding remains available and service is satisfactory.
