• Tenders are invited for Provision of External Audit Services All qualified bidders are encouraged to include the following documents in their bids: 1 Valid Tax Clearance/TIN number and Business Registration Certificate Company's profile All pages of bids (Technical and Financial) must be pre-numbered and initiallea All bids must be signed and stamped by authorized personnel; Audit firm should ensure that they submit a full proposal including all the supporting documents requested. It is essential to ensure accuracy in the curricula vitae of key staff submitted. The curricula vitae should be signed by the consultants and the key individuals and dated. Noncompliance with important requirements will result in rejection of the proposal; Once the proposals are received and opened, auditors shall not be required nor permitted to change the substance, the key staff and so forth; The process of proposal evaluation shall be confidential; The financial proposal should be in USD comprising fees only; Bidders are requested technical and financial offer; and, Bidders are reminded to clearly mark technical and financial offer in separate sealed envelopes/files. In conducting the audit, special attention should be paid to the following: (a) All funds provided under the grants' agreements have been used in accordance with the conditions of the financing agreements, with due attention to value for money, and only for the purposes for which the funding was provided. (b) All necessary supporting documents, records, and accounts have been kept in respect of all projects' income and expenditures; (c) Where Special Accounts have been used, they have been maintained in accordance with the provisions of the relevant financing agreements; (d) State whether the audit has uncovered material weaknesses in financial systems and provide suggestions for improvements. AUDITING PERIOD The objective is to audit the financial records and reports of ULCHS projects accounts for the period February 1,2020 June 30,2022.
