Tenders are invited for Procurement of Motor Vehicles 1 Cross Country Suv 4x4 (4wd) 5 Doors 2 Units 2. Cross Country Suv 4x4 (4wd) 5 Doors 1 Unit 3. Heavy Duty Double Cabin Pickup 4x4 (4wd) 1 Unit 2 A complete set of bond bidding documents in English (Electronic/Hard Copy) can be obtained from MOA/SADFONS Project Procurement Unit at LIBSUCO Compound, Old LPRC Road, Japan Freeway, Gardnesville, Monrovia, Liberia for a non- refundable fee of $100.00 USD beginning January 4, 2022 to January 31, 2022 from 09:00am to 16:00 pm daily, Monday through Friday. All bids must be accompanied by the following listed below: I. A copy of an up to date tax clearance; II. Valid Business Registration Certificate; III. Copy of the PPCC-s Vendor Registration Form (VRF); IV. Copy of an Article of Incorporation; V. Power of Attorney duly signed and stamped; VI. Two (2) years warranty on all goods to be supplied; VII. Include in your submission payment term and delivery term; VIII. A bid security amount of 2% of the bid price express in absolute value and must be in the form of a Bank Guarantee; IX. Past performance history with at least three references including names, contacts and addresses; X. Provision of After sale services; XI. Copy of bidder Manufacturer Authorization Certificates and XII. Copy of an audited financial statement for the last two/three years/Access to a line of credit.
