- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Essential Medicines and Supplies A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders pon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 200.00 (Two Hundred United States Dollars) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1200 hours GMT by Friday, July 14, 2023. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. Time and date for Bids opening is 1215 hours GMT by Friday, July 14, 2023. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
