The Republic of Liberia has received Financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) toward the cost of the Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Project-II (IPFMRP- II), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement Computers (Laptop, Desktop), Projectors, External Hard Drives, Printers, Scanner Cartridges and Printers for IPFMRP II. 2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding Procurement Method using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” August, 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Project, Ground Floor Annex, Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Monrovia, Liberia; and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee1 of US$25.00 (Twenty-Five United States Dollars). The method of payment will be direct deposit. The banking details will be provided upon request. The bidding document will be furnished upon presentation of payment receipt. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 26, 2021. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on March 26, 2021 at 14:00 GMT. 7. Bidders shall submit Past Performance Record, List of References, Certificates and Achievements from previous Clients and Manufacturer Authorization (MA) or Distributors Authorization from an agent that holds the MA to prove their eligibility specifying this specific tender reference. 11.
