General Procurement Notice for Procurement and Delivery of Laboratory Consumables and Reagents to the National Public Health Reference Lab A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US50.00 to the NPHIL-s Finance office and obtain a valid receipt and thereafter proceed to the Division of Procurement with said receipt to obtain the Bidding document. The provision in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document; Procurement of Goods or Procurement of Works. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:35 P.M local time, Friday, May 20, 2022 and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form specified in the Bidding Document. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend at 12:40PM local time on May 20, 2022
