Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Local Software Developer Consultant to Develop, Host and Improve the Website/Services for Lmhra The SOFTWARE DEVELOPER CONSULTANT must have the following minimum educational and professional qualifications and experience:  Bachelor-s degrees in computer science or software engineering systems or applications development. A full stack developer develops all layers of the software as Python, PHP, Ruby. Each sector requires engineers to be knowledgeable in development of software such as C, C++, and Java, python, with a minimum of 5 years- experience in software, web and databases development, migrating and hosting of web services,  Proven record of satisfactory performance of similar assignments in the region or any country in Liberia.  Handle the technical aspects of a website, including its performance (website speed) and capacity, write and review code for sites, typically HTML, XML and Java.  Proven record of working effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.  Proven record of high integrity and honesty in working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
