Description:
Tenders are invited for Final Evaluation of the Carter Center-s Women and the Right of Access to Information The successful applicant will demonstrate familiarity in evaluating programs, an understanding of Liberian culture, and a proven record of quality implementation. The preferred candidate will have a J.D., Ph.D., Masters, or equivalent experience, as well as a general understanding of transparency and accountability and/or gender-sensitization. The Carter Center will provide on-going input into the process based on its own experience and understanding of the issues being addressed. The application for will prompt applicants to include a CV, statement of interest, assessment methodology, detailed timeline, and a budget proposal. The inclusion of a sample recent evaluation is optional.
