Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Firm to execute a Third-Party Monitoring Service. Issue Date: October 12, 2021 End Date: November 23, 2021. Operations must be compliant with the specified requirements before the issuance of each export permit. Each of these requirements is described below (and further detailed in the annexes to this document). 1. Chain of Custody/Traceability Verification: The TPM shall ensure the necessary assurance of the validity, reliability, and integrity of the datasets in Liber Trace are applied in the validation of each export permit request (EPR) followed by approval of each Export Permit. (See Annex III hereto: Summary of Chain of Custody/ Traceability System and its verification). 2. Legality Verification: The TPM shall provide the necessary assurance of compliance with the legality definition requirements, as contained in Liber Trace-s Legality Matrix function and applied in the approval of each export permit. (See Annex IV hereto Summary of Legality Verification Process). 3. Taxes and forest fees payment verification: The TPM shall assure that through the relevant functions in Liber Trace, the operator/exporter has paid all applicable taxes and forest fees related to the export permit request (EPR) (See Annex V hereto: LVD FDA SOP for fee management and payment for the overview of the tax collection and how this is being organized through Liber Trace).
