Prequalifications are invited for Construction for New 48-Inch Main Transmission Line to Transport Treated Water Form White Plains Water Treatment Plant to Monrovia The Bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred United States Dollars (US$500.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be cash payment at the offices of the Project Implementation Unit where a receipt will be issued along with the bidding documents, cashier-s check from any reputable bank in Liberia or direct deposit to Account Title: LWSC-LUWSP-P155947 Account No.:001USD21322298701 at the LBDI Bank. The document (PDF Copy) will be placed on a Pen Drive provided by the PIU upon payment for the Bidding Document. Bids must be delivered to the address below before December 6, 2022 at 14:00 hrs. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on December 6, 2022 at 14:00 hrs. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of US$ 290,000.00 in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Bank-s Cheque.
