Tenders are invited for Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance Coverage. *In order to engage in business with IBI, all Vendors or Suppliers answering IBI bid solicitations must submit this document with their bids or proposals. Failure to sign and submit this document will cause the bid to be rejected. The USAID-LIBERIA DELTA ACTIVITY, Project is an official project of the U.S. Agency for International Development USAID Contract No.72066922 F0004 and is being carried out in Liberia. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors and the Terms of the Contract of this RFP. This RFP includes the following sections: 1. Instructions to Offerors 2. Technical Specifications Sheet 3. Commodity Schedule 4. Offeror-s Summary Sheet 5. Relevant AID Geographic Codes REQUIRED DOCUMENTS The following required documents comprise the offer: A. Company-s profile B. Valid Tax clearance C. Offeror-s Summary Sheet D. Business Registration certificate E. Evidence of certification by the Central Bank of Liberia F. Article of incorporation G. List of current customers including contact details (INGOs and USAID fund projects are preferred). a) Offerors are required to submit a proposal with reference: RFP# Insurance 669-000- 109-02/24.” b) Offers submitted after the deadline WILL NOT be considered. A complete offer must include all the above. Quotations should be valid for ___90__days
